DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
For a two or more night’s stay, a deposit of 50% of the entire stay is due on the day the reservation is made. For a one night’s stay, the entire amount is due in advance.

A fourteen-day cancellation policy is in effect at all times for all reservations. If given 14 full days notice, the Inn refunds deposits, less a 15% handling fee. If 14 full days notice is not given, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be used as a credit towards a future stay.

Payment in full is due upon check in.There is no refund for early check out or late check in. Point Lookout Mountain Inn is not responsible for weather, snow conditions, traffic conditions, other circumstances beyond its control.

ALL ROOM RATES are based on double occupancy (two persons per room).
Rates are subject to a service charge of 8% and NYS sales tax of 8%
Rates include our Raid the Refrigerator at breakfast each morning, use of the Great Room, game area, library of books, magazines and over 150 videos plus use of the private in-door hot tub (seasonal)

EXTRA PERSONS:
Adults (13 years & up) Weekdays - $25 each
Weekend and Holiday - $35
Children (12 years & under) Weekdays 1 free per room, $20 each additional child
Weekends and Holidays - $25 each

RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE at the discretion of the Innkeepers. The rates on this website are not guaranteed and may include errors or may not be acurate. Please contact the Innkeepers to confirm rates.

** Point Lookout Mountain Inn has a firm NO SMOKING policy for our guestrooms, common rooms and dining rooms. Smoking is permitted in outside designated areas only
